Produkty Bonifraterskie Nervina Sleep with Melatonin is a dietary supplement in tablet form with 1 mg of melatonin per tablet, taken as 1 tablet once daily before bed. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime. Each tablet also contains extracts of lemon balm, valerian, ashwagandha and hawthorn, and the formula is based on a monastic recipe of the Brothers of the Bonifrater Order.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.), valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L.), ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal), hawthorn fruit extract (Crataegus laevigata), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, bulking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sorbitol, anti-caking agent: fatty acids, glazing agents: polyethylene glycol, acacia gum, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, glazing agent: carrageenan, melatonin.
How to use
Recommended daily serving, necessary to obtain the beneficial effect: 1 tablet once daily before bed. Swallow with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Contraindications
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not take together with sedative, sleep-inducing or anti-epileptic medication. Not for use by children, pregnant women or breastfeeding women.
Storage
Store in a dry place, in the original carton, at room temperature (up to 25°C). Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of young children.
