    Now Foods Psyllium Husk Powder is a dietary supplement containing only powdered husks and seeds of psyllium (Plantago ovata) — 7 g of fibre (including 6 g of soluble fibre) in one daily serving (1 level teaspoon). Package size: 680 g (~170 servings). Important: mix the product with at least 350 ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing. Does not contain: gluten, lactose, gelatin, soy, GMOs, sweeteners, preservatives, colourings.
