    Now Foods Melatonin 1 mg is a dietary supplement in dual-release tablets, containing melatonin (1 mg), niacin (100 mg — 625% RDA), vitamin B6 (5 mg — 357% RDA) and magnesium (40 mg) per tablet. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time taken to fall asleep (effect observed with 1 mg taken before bedtime) and alleviating the subjective symptoms of jet lag. Niacin and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. The tablets are vegan, free from gluten, soya, lactose and preservatives.
