    Now Foods L-Tryptophan is a dietary supplement in cellulose capsules containing 500 mg of L-tryptophan per capsule. Recommended intake: 1–2 capsules 2–3 times daily on an empty stomach, with the last dose taken before bedtime. Vegan, gluten-free product. May cause drowsiness — do not drive or operate machinery.
